Unlike many traditional city games, the focus here isn’t on collecting the most money. In the Oulu Board Game, players arriving in Oulu are on a quest for inspiration, developing themselves in categories such as science, art, music, and history. With 2–6 players exploring a map of Oulu, the game takes you through familiar local landmarks while teaching you something new about the city’s culture and past. The winner is the one who gathers the best tools for success. Will you be the next Martti Ahtisaari, Frans Mikael Franzén, or Saara Aalto?
